Terms of Service

Postplix helps businesses create, schedule, and publish social media content through a web-based platform. The Service may use artificial intelligence, automation workflows, third-party APIs, and connected social media integrations.

You must be at least 18 years old. You represent authority to act for the business. You agree to use only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us of unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant Postplix a limited license to host, process, modify, generate, display, and publish that content only to provide the Service.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive. You are solely responsible for reviewing content. We do not guarantee business results.

You authorize Postplix to interact with connected accounts. We are not responsible for third-party outages or API changes.

No illegal activity, spam, impersonation, misleading claims, scams, copyright infringement, hateful content, malware.

Monthly or yearly plans. Payments via Dodo Payments and Razorpay. 7-day free trial may be offered. Auto-pay activation may be required.

All payments are non-refundable.

We collect and process data needed to run the Service. We use reasonable security measures.

We may store limited summarized learning signals. We do not use one customer’s data to train another’s outputs.

We may display publicly published content for marketing unless user requests otherwise in writing.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, fraud, security risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postplix will not be liable for indirect damages. Aggregate liability capped at 12 months of payments.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Postplix.

Governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept updates.
